Annual Best Performance Awards 2018

1.         Fauji Foundation is amongst the largest business conglomerates in Pakistan with thousands of employees and is undertaking massive welfare activities for Ex-Servicemen in the field of healthcare, education and re-employment. Since, recognition of performance is an important aspect of human psychology for morale boosting, motivation and continuous dedication towards the work/service by any employee, therefore, Managing Director Fauji Foundation decided to institute a system of Employees Performance Awards on annual basis for achieving the goals and objectives of Fauji Foundation Organization.

2.         In order to acknowledge the dedication, devotion and hard work of employees, the first Fauji Foundation Employees Annual Best Performance Awards Ceremony-2018 was held on 29 Sep 2018 at Foundation University Islamabad Campus Rawalpindi. Ceremony was attended by a large number of employees including Officers and Subordinate Staff. Managing Director Fauji Foundation graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

3.         Ceremony started with recitation from Holy Quraan. After recitation, Director Human Resources & Administration Division presented the “SPASNAMA”, in which he highlighted the history of Fauji Foundation and apprised the audience about various current welfare measures / activities being undertaken by Fauji Foundation for welfare of Ex-Servicemen and Beneficiaries in the field of Healthcare, Education, and Provision of Employment. Thereafter, Managing Director Fauji Foundation awarded Best Performance Certificates with cash rewards to various categories of high achievers (Officers, Subordinate Staff and Students) in fields of Healthcare, Education, Information Technology, Finance, Commercial Projects and Administration. While addressing Managing Director Fauji Foundation congratulated all high achievers for their dedication, devotion and hard work and urged all to put in more vigorous efforts to achieve the defined goals / objectives of the organization. Managing Director Fauji Foundation while highlighting about financial constraints being faced by the organization, apprised the audience about various steps being undertaken to manage the financial constraints and to enhance the capacity of the organization by broadening the scope of welfare activities, with a view to reach out to maximum beneficiary population. At the end, Managing Director Fauji Foundation thanked Directors, Officers and Subordinate Staff for organizing the ceremony in a befitting manner.

4.         During the ceremony a beautiful and inspiring tableau was also presented by children of Fauji Foundation schools, besides singing of national anthem by all participants at the end of the ceremony.
